Hi, my name is Ali and I run Mini Morsels.

I’m a lover of all things food and have worked in the Hospitality Industry for most of my adult life, in the Kitchen and front of house so I understand good service!

Mini Morsels was created 8 years ago when my eldest child was a baby, I wanted to be able to spend more time at home and I started baking cakes for friends and family and catering for a Private Jet Company. I’ve continued to make Wedding cakes for friends and family alongside customers.

 

As my 2 children grow up it’s giving me more time to grow my business and expand my culinary knowledge. I love going on Cookery Courses to hone my skills and i'm always trialling new recipes.

 

Over the last few years I have done some wonderful Private Dining Events offering 3 to 5 Courses, Pop Up Events with local businesses and catered for many Family Celebrations.

 

I thrive on feeding people, I love food to be seasonal, fresh and great quality and I support local suppliers where I can.
